About Chapman Mountain Nature Preserve:
Owned and managed by the Land Trust of North Alabama, this 551-acre preserve features mature hardwood forests, pine groves, and diverse understory habitats—perfect for birding. The Driskell Trail offers a prime birding environment, winding through multiple habitats, while the Bird Blind & Habitat along Moonshine Trail provides a designated viewing area for migratory birds.

This is an exclusive opportunity for members to experience hands-on conservation work and learn more about one of Alabama’s most sought-after warblers.
