If a participant cancels, the nonrefundable portion will be retained to cover commitments and expenses that cannot be recovered. I hereby release and discharge Alabama Audubon, its officers, directors, employees, members, and volunteer coordinators (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss, damage, action, cause of action, or claim resulting from my participation in this program, on account of injury or death to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I fully understand that participation in an Alabama Audubon program is voluntary and involves certain inherent risks and hazards, and that I am solely and fully responsible for judging the ability of myself to participate safely in these activities. I assume any and all risks related to my participation in the program, including without limitation, the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

By participating in this event, you grant Alabama Audubon, its staff, volunteers, or designated representatives the right to take photographs and videos that may include your image during the event. You understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

I also hereby waive all claims, causes of action, actions, or liability against the Releasees as a result of my participation in the program, including without limitation, those related to any alleged exposure to COVID-19 in connection with my participation in the program.
