100% refund if requested in writing (including email) on or before March 23, 2026.

50% refund if requested in writing (including email) between March 24 and April 8, 2026.

After April 8, 2026, no refunds will be issued, even for those who do not attend the event.
Event Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this activity to be conducted and/or sponsored by Alabama Audubon, I do – for myself, any child/ward accompanying me, my spouse, legal representatives, and heirs and assigns (hereinafter “Releasors”) – hereby release and discharge Alabama Audubon, its officers, directors, employees, members, and volunteers, as well as any other activity coordinators/organizers/sponsors/volunteers and activity property owners (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss, damage, action, cause of action, or claim arising from or related to participation in the activity by Releasors, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
Releasors fully understand that participation in this activity is voluntary and involves certain inherent risks and hazards, and Releasors accept sole and full responsibility for judging Releasor’s ability to participate safely in the activity. Releasors assume any and all risks related to participation in the activity.
Some events may require an additional waiver form provided by the event host. These additional waivers will be emailed separately and must be returned to the trip leader when checking in for the event.
By participating in this activity, Releasors grant Alabama Audubon, its staff, volunteers, or designated representatives the right to take photographs and videos that may include the image of me and/or my child/ward during the activity. Releasors understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.
