In consideration of being allowed to participate in this activity to be conducted
and/or sponsored by Alabama Audubon, I do – for myself, any child/ward
accompanying me, my spouse, legal representatives, and heirs and assigns
(hereinafter “Releasors”) – hereby release and discharge Alabama Audubon, its
officers, directors, employees, members, and volunteers, as well as any other
activity coordinators/organizers/sponsors/volunteers and activity property
owners (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss, damage, action,
cause of action, or claim arising from or related to participation in the activity by
Releasors, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
Releasors fully understand that participation in this activity is voluntary and
involves certain inherent risks and hazards, and Releasors accept sole and full
responsibility for judging Releasor’s ability to participate safely in the activity.
Releasors assume any and all risks related to participation in the activity.
By participating in this activity, Releasors grant Alabama Audubon, its staff,
volunteers, or designated representatives the right to take photographs and
videos that may include the image of me and/or my child/ward during the
activity. Releasors understand that these images may be used for promotional
purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.
